Had some water damage from our roof deck railing being installed incorrectly. Also the door to the deck was warped from water damage and needed replacing. Dmitry was awesome to work with. Was honest from the beginning and provided a very competitive estimate. We will not hesitate to recommend him to neighbors and call him when we need more work done.

The project went very well. From the start Dmitry was prompt and courteous about my time. He answered my questions and detailed how he would address the issues I had with several fiberglass surfaces of my home. He provided the quote quickly via e-mail and we agreed to work together. Scheduling got a bit tricky due to weather and the amount of things that I had to move in order for work to be performed. Dmitry listened and worked with me to get my surfaces prepped. When the work began, his crew was clean, courteous and skillful. They quickly identified and fixed the problem with my kitchen balcony and applied a new fiberglass layer. They also built new parapet caps for my master bedroom balcony and for portions of my roof deck. They applied netting and resin and then sanded and applied gel coat the next day. Our surfaces now look amazing.

Dmitry did a great job--- very thorough in his estimate and analysis of the project. He explained what needed to be done, and also explained at the time of the estimate that he had concerns that may complicate the project. He communicated with us throughout the project. We did run into complications due to underlying deterioration of wood that caused us to have to replace a door and frame at the same time, but there were no surprises. The workmanship was well done, and the pricing for the project was fair in our estimation.

They did a fantastic job fixing our fiberglass deck. Dmitry went out of his way to get our job done quickly as we were having leaking. He had great communication skills, worked on the weekends to get the job done, and produced a great deck. We are planning on using him again for a roof deck!

Dmitry was very prompt with answering my email requests and phone calls. He came first to give me an estimate of what needed to be done and the cost, and then arrived on time to start sanding down my deck and putting on a new gel coat. We wanted a deck over the flat roof of our garage to be surfaced with fiberglass. The deck had failed twice before. We got a list of 14 local contractors who did fiberglass work. After contacting these contractors by phone and email only Dimitry of Good Deal Construction returned the call. He gave an estimate and the scope/details of the work were agreed upon. He showed up promptly on the agreed upon day and efficiently began work. He was able to agreeably tolerate the questions of his inquisitive client. He completed the installation in two days and provides a 5 year warranty. Dimitry was responsive to every phone call or text message communication during the process. We highly recommend Dimitry and his business because of the excellent communication and workmanship.

We had multiple leaks from our fiberglass roof deck. An open seam over the front edge of the building, railing posts that were leaking from the base, and the side of our building needed to be counter flashed for extra protection. Dmitry came down to give us an estimate in a timely manner. He also started work before the agreed time frame and the job was finished within three days. I believe Dmitry cares about what he does and is willing to answer any of your questions with concern. His work is excellent at an affordable price. Since he finished the work on our roof deck, we had no leak problems. I would recommend Dmitry from Good Deals to anyone. We are very happy with his work. We will call him back in the future to have our whole roof deck sanded and gel coated.

I hired Good Deal Construction to do a resurfacing of a fiberglass deck that was not in the best condition. Dimitri was punctual, polite and professional. Although he would have liked to do more to repair the deck, he did what we asked and and even went above and beyond to repair a few things we did not contract him to do such as a few pieces of loose siding where the deck meets the house. Additionally, he returned to our home a few days later to address a couple of concerns I had and made the corrections without hesitation or hassle. He is definitely an individual committed to his work and takes pride in doing the best job possible. I would highly recommend Dimitri and his services.

Dmitry's work was excellent. He resealed both my deck and my next door neighbor's deck, completing the work on time and with incredible attention to detail. Both my neighbor and I were very impressed and more than satisfied with the final product. Importantly, he really cared about the quality of his work and took genuine pride in it. Needed waterproof solution and contractor did a terrific job. Although we have had a lot of rain/snow, there were no leaks of any kind. Other contractors (roofers, carpenters) commented on how nice the fiberglass work looked.
