Furniture - Sales
It started last October and it was only finished until a few weeks ago. They said that they could help me so I had to keep calling him and he didn't reply. I also e-mailed them but they didn't respond. Finally last December they 5 pillows came. 4 pillows were larger than the other but I could fit it in the pillow case. The 5th pillow I couldn't fit in so I called them and they had no reply. So I went to them about a month ago and they told me to bring the pillow in. So I took the pillow 2 weeks ago to them so that they could see what they could do. They tried to fit in the pillow and destroyed the pillow case. I wanted a refund and told them the whole story and gave me a refund. Francheska is too good for their store.
