Their pricing, service and professionalism were all very good. The person came and installed it at my home and transferred all my files from my old computer to the new computer. He did troubleshooting for me whenever needed. I would use them again and wouldn?t go to anyone. The sales man seemed like he wanted to do as much as he could do for me at the lowest price possible.

On an earlier occasion, Genius had given me good advice about a malfunctioning charger connection on my laptop, spending a nice chunk of time letting me pick their brains at no profit to themselves, instead referring me to another more appropriate repair company. When my hard drive crashed, I was eager to give them some business. Rick at Genius explained the data recovery process well and maintained excellent communication with me throughout the process. He explained that the charge was $85/hr with a one hour minimum. When the techs hit a snag, he called to tell me and reported that some files needed to be transferred to the new drive individually. This added another hour to my bill, but it was well worth recovering all of my photos, tax returns, financial records and communications. (WARNING: BACK UP YOUR DATA...DON'T JUST KEEP ONE COPY ON YOUR EXTERNAL DRIVE!)
