No info no communication, people answering the phone do not speak English. Mangement don't care.

I have not had a bad experience with Best Buy.  I haven’t tried to return anything.  I stopped going to them for a while because I was offended by their advertising.  This last Christmas they changed it so I went back.

I like the price.     

The selection in the store was good. The salesman was friendly and helpful. We negotiated a lower price, received 18-month no interest financing as well as free delivery and installation. I guess you do get what you pay for. The delivery folks showed up on time. That is the only good thing I can say about them. The first thing I noticed was that instead of carrying the pedestals, the delivery person "rolled" them end to end. These were purchased for over $400. Next, the folks proceeded to tell me the set would not fit through my bilco doors without scratching the units. They told me this AFTER they scratched the washer so bad I would have returned it anyway. The next thing I know they are packing up and driving away without another word. I immediately called another appliance store and asked about their delivery program. This other company installed the washer and dryer set today without any fuss or scratches.

Best Buy is OK. In general, they are good but maybe not the best. They are not terrible. I would just suggest that they hire people who are a little more specialized in their departments. That way, if you ask someone about a kitchen appliance, they are skilled in explaining to you the dynamics of that particular item. I was pretty pleased with the price though and I think they do offer better prices on high dollar items than other places in my area.

THE FOLKS AT BEST BUY WERE EXTREMELY NICE. THE "LABOR" COST OF THE WORK DID SEEM A LITTLE HIGH, BUT THE END PRODUCT WAS VERY GOOD. THEY WERE ABLE TO DIAGNOSE A PROBLEM THAT ANOTHER COMPANY WAS UNABLE TO AND DID SO IN A VERY TIMELY FASHION.

BEST BUYS HAS POOR SERVICE AND USELESS SALESMEN.
