Took over three months, always giving exuses why he had the wrong parts.  In the end, had to hire someone else to cerify it and was told they had never seen a job that bad on a fire alarm system.  Used out of date parts.  Seemed to have no idea how to wire a building for speakers and door monitors, job half finished, things don't work.  Very frustrating and unprofessional.

The quality of the work was good, and they took care to damage my wall as little as possible. My only complaint is that they took literally several days to show up. They kept stringing me along and causing me to take time off work to wait for them.
