Rich and his apprentice, Nick, were in my house for over two weeks. They were consummate professionals; their work was meticulous. The result is absolutely breathtaking. Nothing was too much for them to do even those things which one would normally consider outside of the scope of their service. I would recommend Rich without reservation. His personality is just as wonderful as his work. While the total cost of the project was pricey, I was taught from childhood that you get what you pay for. And, with Rich, I got a magnificent result.
