General Remodeling
Leo French did not complete the contracted work. He convinced me to give him the last installment payment before the job was finished, then refused to complete the job. A joint where the old baseboard meets the new is not mitred or even butted-up & is in a conspicuous spot visible to the living room sofa. In the bedroom the baseboard is cut short by about 3/4-inch on one wall. He refused to patch 8 holes in the bedroom walls caused by his removal of the paneling (holes range in size from 1" to 8"x5"). Also refused to patch a gap in the ceiling plaster which was left after removing the paneling in bedroom (gap was 1/2" wide by 1/2" deep on all 4 sides of ceiling). He refused to finish the job because it was more work than he expected.
