Took forever to get Fred to come out to do the job (months), after I got and accepted his proposal but I was happy with the results once he was able to fit me into his busy schedule. He personally does the work with his two assistants and insists on handling the torch himself. Took two days to finish the entire job. I feel he did a good job - I walked the roof with him and he pointed out all the details. He is proud of his work and doesn't take any shortcuts - he insisted on raising the skylight since, at present height, it posed a risk of leakage from wind blown water getting into the seams. Also removed the one vent which he said was way too small to have much effect and installed two large roof vents which will keep the roof cool and reduce humidity in the space between the ceiling and roof. If you can afford to wait it is worth it.
