I called around 1:30PM today and described my problem and that someone could come out tomorrow. (I thought it was too late in the day to get someone to come out today). I received a call back an hour later that the locksmith was on his way. After inspecting the lock the locksmith said the bolt was broken. He also offered to make some keys, which I took advantage of. I also mentioned the front door dead bolt doesn't always work, especially in warm weather. He said it was because the door was misaligned and he could fix that too. In a half hour I had both front and basement doors repaired and my new keys. I am very pleased and satisfied with the service received. I would definitely use Fox Chase Lock and Key again.

Fred was skilled as well as very professional. I had broken off my inside key in lock of existing dead bolt. I needed it repaired as soon as possible. Fox Chase Lock service were here within 45 minutes. I am just so relieved to have my front door working, and a new, beautiful top lock , and a bottom lock that closes, and catches, so it too, can lock. I will recommend Fox Chase Lock to my friends and family!

They were in the area, and when they came out, they had to order the knob and what not for us because our door was old. They were in the area, so we didn't have to wait for someone to come from out of the area. They came out pretty quickly to see what our issue was.

I never asked for a price because I just wanted to get the lock cylinders replaced.
Ron saw the pictures and told me over the phone it would be $$ to come out, $$ for each cylinder, $$ for labor and on and on.
I called American Locksmith and they came right out and replaced the cylinders.

After getting locked out of my home a few times, Fox Chase Lock and Key came out to my home on a weekend night, a weekend day and a week night. This company was punctual and professional and they were able to get me back into my house. Fox Chase was helpful and fair about it. They are excellent locksmiths and I recommend them.

we have some rental properties. Over the years we have used Fox Chase for all different situations. Change of locks, people locked out,etc. We feel so confident with this company we don't feel the need to be on site every time we need lock work.

I called to have a garage door locked changed or re-keyed and a basement door gate lock changed or re-keyed. They resoponded immediately and set up a time for later that afternoon. The technician came and changed the lock for the garage, but the basement door lock was a very old and a difficult lock to attempt to replace once he saw it. Instead, he picked the lock to open the gate so that we can remove it or have it changed. The fee to change the garage door was standard, but the fee to pick the gate lock was a little high. Overall, though, I liked their prompt service.

Someone called her back around 9:00 A.M. and showed up at her house about 10:30 A.M. The locksmith got immediately to work and fixed the problem. He replaced the deadbolt and adjusted the front door lock which was also giving her trouble. The locksmith was great - he said nothing was too difficult for him to do to accommodate her. He fixed the problems in about 30 minutes. My sister was so pleased she called me at work to tell me of her wonderful experience.
We both would definitely use Fox Chase Lock again.

They are excellent. They come right away. They are very professional. They do an excellent job. They are very honest. I was expecting the main locks to be for $250. The technician told me that it wouldn’t cost me and fixed it and everything was fine. I would use them in the future.

The company representative arrived on time .he does multiple locks at the same time.He answers all your questions but doesnt waste time so have any questions in your mind beforehand.Six rekeyed locks,a new door knob and installation of it and a finish up on an interior door plus making several duplicate keys took about an hour and a half,

He was very honest and reliable. He was very quick and responsive. He could have taken advantage of us, but didn?t even charge us for the first visit. We would absolutely hire him again.
