Went well at the start with contractor showing up on time and ready to work. Did all the work specified and in a timely manner. with a roof though it is not about the look but about the performance. Constantly had leaks. Had the company out over 10 times to address leaks in very areas could never solve the issue. finally decided it was no longer worth the hassle as these roofers were absolutely incompetent at finding any of leaks and kept saying it might be coming from various other areas not roof related although i had no leaks prior to having a new roof put on. finally bit the bullet and had a new contractor put on a new roof and the leaks stopped.
