"This customer's accusations are totally unacceptable. The the contract says 50% payment before we start the work and 50% payment after we finish the work. However, the check he provided was returned due to unsufficiency fund. I had worked without getting paid for initially which was unacceptable due to the reason above. Besides his wife crashed my van in his driveway and they tried to hid it until i found out. When he started me to blame on his HVAC I brought a HVAC guy and proved it wasnt due to my work. Later on, he demanded some additions which was not a part of the contract and i denied. Thats where the conflict began. Once we were about to install floor they stopped us and brought another flooring guys to install. I returned the flooring material to the store where we bought instead of bringing to the customer's home which was an hour away. This customer's approach was not acceptable and we couldnt finish the work and left without getting paid enough to cover my expenses. Due to his unacceptable behavior, this project was not finished. His accusations are totally FALSE. Thanks."
