He has no professionalism, don't follow safety protocols. Messed up my HVAC as his workers are not instructed properly by him to take precaution and safety measures. During sanding process, they created a huge dust storm in the house, and HVAC was neither covered, not shut off, no heads up provided, caused entire house covered into fine dust plus HVAC immediately tripped. Later i have to call emergency services to repair it. Upon asking, he didn't have courage to take responsibility and cleanup Main/Second floor/Duct or maintenance cost. He signed the contract with material payment only, but later with all excuses, start asking for money. Despite >50% payment made, he Left contract and work in between and came up with his own calculation to demand the money. For flooring work, which is part of main contract, he started asking full payment. He make all emotional and fake efforts and excuses to ask for money. Picked up flooring material which is paid by me but never dropped it at my home. Didn't finish the job properly and left everything in between. Beware of him!!!!!!!!!!!!
