Firestone Tire & Service Center really do good work. They'll evaluate what's wrong and if you don't have to have it fixed right at that moment, they will give you a write-up as to what you need to have done. It's easy to make an appointment and bring your car in. I take it in the morning and in the evening, it's done. I've had a good experience with them. My car is running really good.

I thought the service was decent. I think the price may be a bit high and they took longer then they said they would. I wouldn't rush back there.

I have used this location of Firestone for over 2 years because of the quality of work. Firestone often publishes coupons (in the newspaper and online), so I am able to get exceptional deals. I have told many of my friends of my experience at Firestone, mostly because of the economic value (oil change and tire rotation under $15!). Also, the fact that it is a chain helps in brand loyalty and trustworthiness. The negative part of the experience would be that this location does not take appointments for oil changes (unsure of other services) and that this location is quite busy so there is a wait time. On my last visit, I arrived around 3 PM and was out by 5 PM (the quickest turn-around I've had there) and it was a few days prior to a long weekend. I am impressed enough to return.
