I didn?t have to pay because they were replacing a part that they had fixed a year ago. We were happy that we didn?t have to pay anything but it was a bit slow and we don?t know if there was a problem with the original installation. It is great that they?ll replace it if something goes wrong, but it had the same problem that they supposedly fixed the first time.
