It worked out really, really well. We have used them four times now. Our cat likes him and we have had to travel. We just used him last week as a matter of fact. I have no idea how much they charge. My husband always handles that, but because the cat likes him so well we just keep having him back. We are going to use him again.

I was texted after Shelby's first walk with him. All went well and my dog was not so anxious when I returned from a long day at work. I had time to relax before taking her out! Beneficial great service for Shelby and pure luxury for me.

We have used Fetch at least 5 times at two different homes.
Each time, the office staff were quick to respond to our requests and matched us with a GREAT caregiver. They were very understanding when we had to change a visit at the last minute due to a pet death.
Their process is really a good one. The caregivers (3 different ones) came over to meet the kitties before we left and to talk with us. They ask for a detailed description of each pet including personality and friendliness traits as well as standard size, weight, etc. The caregivers each spent about 30 minutes with us at this initial visit.
It is obvious that the caregivers are good ones because each time we return home, the cats are clean, the litter tray is clean, and the food and water dishes are clean and full. (Note for non-cat "people:" When cats are upset, they tend not to clean themselves and their fur is matted and they shed a lot).
We intend to keep on using Fetch as long as we have pets and travel!

Then we changed dog walkers--also fine after the transition. Annoying to have to change walkers after a few months, but pretty standard for the dog-walking groups--no one ever seems to stay for very long.
Fast forward another 1-2 months later, and they abruptly stop our service because our second walker was moving unexpectedly out of town to help a sick family member. I find it completely unprofessional that they told me 2 days before (a tuesday) that the last walk for our dogs would be that thursday, and they had no backup person. When I asked how long they knew, they admitted their employee had given them two weeks notice, and they had tried to find another replacement, so they could transition us, but ended up having no one to cover our area (West Philly) so we were out of luck 2 days before our needed walk schedule.
We both work full time and long hours and need our dogs walked on a regular basis--to be unavailable suddenly was a big disruption and how they handled it was completely unprofessonal. I wouldnt trust them to not do this again, so I can't recommend re-hiring. There are other companies in the area that will do the same work with the same reliability for similar prices.

We were very sad to lose both these great walkers who both had to move our of state for different personal reasons. Many of our team members have been working for us for 5+ years so this is not a common occurrence for our staff. We have changed our process to ensure impacted clients are notified as soon as possible of any staffing changes that will cause service interruptions.
