FARLOW PLUMBING HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING

Purchased deal on list and had work completed a couple of days later.

Doug was actually early and did a terrific job installing a garbage disposal.

So when Doug showed up 15 minutes early I was pleasantly surprised.  I am one who values punctuality.  He greeted me with a hand shake and was very personable.  He did great work and had the job done in no time.  I will definitely use his services again.

During the first visit, Mr. Farlow replaced the flapper-valve (which we had already replaced ourselves a day before) with a new one and charged my dad $30 for his services. The next day my dad called him back because he still had the original problem. Mr. Farlow returned, disassembled the entire toilet to replace the overflow tube which he thought might have a slight crack and causing the slight leak. Once everything was reassembled, he charged my dad an additional $60 for his services. That evening, my dad noticed water on the floor as he was brushing his teeth. Since it was too late to call Mr. Farlow back that night, he temporarily put something on the floor to catch the slowly dripping water. My dad called Mr. Farlow back the next day and he came over right away to address the situation. He tightened a loose bolt or two before leaving with no additional charge. When I visited with my dad the following Wednesday (3/13/13), we were in the adjacent room when I heard the toilet tank filling again...the original problem still seemed unrepaired! I drained the water from the tank, dried-off the overflow-tube flapper-seal surface, dried the flapper mating surface and put a little film of Vaseline petroleum jelly around each of the mating surfaces. I re-filled the tank, flushed several times and the toilet has been fine since with no leaks evident.

Great. He left my house as clean as it was when he came in. He really knows what he's doing when it comes to plumbing. He was quick, on time & professional (which gave me enough time to go back to my job).

I called Farlow heating and air and Doug came to my house about an hour after I placed the call. The motor on my central air quit and it was a typical 90 degree summer day. After Doug looked at my motor he told me he would place the order for the part. Since it was a holiday weekend we didn't expect the part to come in for a few days. Doug called me the next day and told me he drove to the warehouse and picked up our motor. It was the 4th of july and he picked up our part and installed it the same day. He didn't charge me extra for holiday service and he had our air conditioner up and running in about an hour. Great service and affordable price. I have used Farlow plumbing heating and air since then and will continue to use him in the future.

We called him and he came the next morning..arrived on time and finished in about an hour. We would definitely recommend him.

All of my phone calls were returned in a timely fashion. He showed up on time for both appointments. Job was done quickly and at a reasonable price, although I didn't get any other estimates to compare it to. Very nice guy and an overall good experience.

He is a very personable young man and he is very helpful. His prices are within reason. We've been using him for years.

I know that if I leave a message on his machine at seven in the morning he'll return the call in the next 15-20 minutes. Then he'll make arrangements to come right over. I called him once with a problem involving my air conditioning and he talked me through what might be the issue. He was able to save me the cost of a service call since I fixed it myself. This is an excellent company to work with.

VERY HONEST AND REASONABLE AND WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE. IT WAS A VERY BIG JOB.

THE PLUMBER QUICKLY RESPONDED TO AN EMERGENCY CALL. TOLD US WHAT WAS REQUIRED AND PERFORMED THE JOB AS PROMISED. WE HAVE USED HIM ON PAST OCCASIONS AND ALWAYS HAVE HAD COMPLETE CONFIDENCE IN HIS WORK.

THE PLUMBER WAS GIVEN SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS TO REPLACE THE LAUNDRY ROOM TUB WITH ONE THAT HAD THE EXACT DIMENSIONS, BUT HE REPLACED IT WITH A MUCH SMALLER MODEL. HIS PRICES SEEMED TO BE EXTREMELY HIGH AND HE DID NOT ITEMIZED THE MATERIALS AND LABOR COSTS.

ALTHOUGH THE PLUMBER DID AN EXCELLENT JOB REPAIRING THE LAUNDRY ROOM TUB DRAIN PROBLEM, I HAD TO CALL HIM BACK TO FIX THE TOILET AGAIN.
