About us
EverGreen Maids provides quality and customized cleaning service to Center City Philadelphia and the surrounding area. We are not like every other cleaning service that dictates how your home should be cleaned or what your home should be cleaned with. In fact, we let our reoccurring clients dictate and supply whatever cleaning products they choose. The main reason for this is the potential for cross contamination from one house to another. In addition, we only send one cleaner for reoccurring service. We do this so that you can become familiar and trust one person in your home instead of 5-10 people coming in and out of your home over the course of a year. Also, that one cleaner becomes very familiar with your home, family, pets, and cleaning priorities. "Hi [member name removed], Thanks for the feedback. You are right, we were not aptly prepared for the size of home (4,000 sq ft) that you have and we apologize for our mistake. We normally do not service outside of Center City and the immediate vicinity and this was our fault for agreeing to a job in the suburbs. Our average size home in the city is 1,500 sq foot and for larger homes (3,000 sq foot) in the city, we now have a team dedicated to these types of cleaning. Again, we apologize for not providing you with the quality service that we aim to provide to our clients and were glad that we could provide you with an acceptable discount to make up for our error. I was amazed the first time they cleaned my house. I have never seen my stainless steel so shiny or my wood floors so clean or the dusting as thorough. They recommend exceptional products and use them in a detailed manner. I could go on and on . . . but you get the idea.
