EverGreen Maids Philadelphia, Inc.

Fantastic. I cannot recommend EverGreen Maids enough. They are a little bit more than some of the other providers that I checked out, but you really do get what you pay for. I have used them in two places, first at an apartment I was moving out of (and because of them, I got my entire security deposit back) and then at our 1600 sq ft home. Our deep clean was pretty good, and where they missed things, Chris worked with me and adjusted the price accordingly. Our bi-weekly clean is really fantastic. Deb is great; I completely trust her to be in our home when we aren't there (and I'm very picky about that). She's thorough, and when I want something else cleaned, she listens and follows through without me having to remind her again. She is punctual, meticulous, pleasant and respectful. She's also fantastic with our dog, who often gets in her way. I highly recommend EverGreen Maids, I'm very pleased with our bi-weekly service.

They were not bad. I definitely cannot say anything bad about them but I think that we have a little bit more house and a little bit more property than they are accustomed to clean so I probably would just remain neutral on that. They charged us less than $500 because we were able to negotiate the price down. My wife wanted to address a lot of issues that remained behind and they were accommodating in trying to adjust the price. The work that they did was adequate and the people that came to do the work were very pleasant and very professional. When they came out and got off their car, they had their work stuff and outfits on. It was okay but I think that they probably better serve condos, apartments and things like that. Their price was okay and they were very responsive. We probably would not consider using them again in the future because we need a little more deep cleaning and they seem to be a little bit more into the dusting and superficial stuff. Our property is like 4,000 square feet and I do not think that they are well-equipped to handle that.

EverGreen Maids are incredible. They are clear in communicating, proffessional, reasonably priced, and make my house sparkle. I have used numerous cleaning companies in the past, and no company comes close to EverGreen. They make the cleaning process a breeze.
I was amazed the first time they cleaned my house. I have never seen my stainless steel so shiny or my wood floors so clean or the dusting as thorough. They recommend exceptional products and use them in a detailed manner. I could go on and on . . . but you get the idea.
