Eva's Cleaning Operation

Eva has cleaned our house on a regular basis for several years. She shows up on time, charges a fair price, does a good job, is dependable and responds well to suggestions or requests. We recommend her cleaning services!

Eva was a lucky find for us. She is very reasonably priced and does a very thorough job of cleaning. The only reason she gets a slightly lower mark on responsiveness is because I think she is so busy, she can sometimes be hard to schedule. However, I think that gets resolved by getting on a regular cleaning schedule with her.

Eva's cleaning was excellent. We hired them to clean our new home before we moved in. They were very thorough and they paid great attention to detail. They knew what they were doing and they took care if things on my list even before I asked them!

Eva is professional, friendly, and easy to work with. She also does a good job cleaning, and is very efficient.

I contacted Eva to give me a bid on cleaning this house, which my son, a college student uses, along with fellow student/friends. She was prompt and came when she said she would ( which was important as i was on a stay from out of town) We agreed on a price ( 150.00) to clean the entire house and pick up after 4 messy 19-20 year old students.I want to protect my investment and not let the dirt, chaos, messiness go unattended for too long. I put a lockbox on the front door, whcih i gave her the code to. the first time, she told me would be more money as she cleaned every inch of everything an then 150.00 monthly to maintain. My sister in law lives in area and when she checked on the prop, she says it looked in great shape.She accepted that ii live out of town and would have to mail a check each time and she was fine with that, even after I completely forgot to put the check in the amil one time till at least another week had passed. She simply said " no problem" when I apologized. I think she is trustworthy and a good find.

I have been using Sabrina and Sidney for several years, and I trust them completely. I usually leave the door open and leave a check for them. Sabrina is very easy to contact by texting, and they are very reliable and punctual. The only criticism I have when I lived in my other home which had a kitchen with vinyl flooring, the floor was either very sticky or very very slippery after they were done, and even though I told them about it, I never felt they got it right. Also, I have noticed a spot or sticky area on the floor may not be completely removed unless I specifically tell them. Other than that, I have been very happy with them! They are both very nice and are very hard workers. I had also gotten an estimate from another cleaner (for my old house) and they were about double the price.
