Our central a/c decided to self-implode right before the big heat wave this summer. EMC came out on a Saturday to take a look and let us know we needed a new system. Everything was replaced yesterday in a quick, timely matter. He also let us know that we would need a repair done to our heating system before fall, which I greatly appreciate! Great service. Great people.

They came out to my house to assess an issue we were having with our furnace and because the issue was bigger than initially anticipated, they did multiple house visits for free to figure out how we could fix the problem. We were able to find a solution that was cost effective and did the job. The team installed new ductwork, a new tank and repaired other items. We were so grateful that Rafael and his team were able to fix our unit during this trying time. They were also extremely nice! The team went above and beyond for the task at hand and I have nothing but the best words to say about them!! Would recommend in a heartbeat!

Tested the furnace for the cold season that is to come and it would not come on. I glad I tested it before winter really set in. I found this company on Google then came here to Angies list to double verify. I called them and they came out the next day. They had a special which I was able to benefit from. As it turned out something called a capacitor was no longer working in my furnace. It was RELATIVELY affordable to replace.

They kept their word which is the most important thing to me a lot of these companies lie so much but this company charged me the price that they quoted me over the phone to fix my AC. Got it fixed right before the heat wave:)

Air conditioning was acting funny. Originally we thought about just getting the AC repaired but after having the unit inspected by a few companies we decided a totally replacement. We felt that we had the best communication and from EMC and we also felt like we could trust them. They did not try to force us to replace our unit. In fact, the said it was unnecessary but we just had a new baby and we did not want to have it go out in the mist of July or August so we just replaced it.. They installed the unit on the promised day and had it done in an appropriate time.

The service was excellent and professional from beginning to end. I spoke to Adam and John on the phone and both were very pleasant and courteous. Matt came out to service my hot water tank /heater and he was very knowledgeable and patient. They are really awesome. I called them as emergency due to pipe bursting. They did a great job and fixed the issue right away. The bill was very reasonable. They have replaced two entire units in my rental property's. The prices were very reasonable. They were way under priced from a different person that the manufacturer gave me to replace the units.

I called them twice once heater did not work, came same day and fixed everything. Second time was just something minor, emergency switch was off they came the same day. He showed me what to do, so it does not happen again. Most important they came same day as I called.

Who but me would have no heat in February. I found this company here on Angie's list. And just to be sure that they were the company for me. I did some searching online as well. Everything looked good. I called and said that we were "freezing" so we need someone out right away. And in about 4 hours a service tech was at our door. I am not techy so I have no glue what he did but our bill states that he replaced some sort of motor. Which took him about half an hour to do. The furnace is blowing it hot enough to please my mom who likes it super hot. And that's what we wanted so all-in-all we are happy that we found them and that we did not have to wait till the next to get it fix.

The company tells the client one thing and says something else to the warranty company. They say whatever is convenient to them getting paid by the warranty company. The serviceman said he would be back to finish fixing a second leak he found on the same pipe he was hired to fix in the first place. He never returned and the company said they needed another claim from the warranty company in order to return to complete the repairs to the same pipe. When they returned they finally changed the whole pipe on that section. However during the process of the repair while doing the required draining of the pipes to repair it, the serviceman said he needed to change a valve on one of the radiators because he is seeing signs of a leak. I said ok whatever you need to do. Days later we realize we are seeing water constantly collecting on the floor. The water was never there before their serviceman changed the valve. Now they want another claim from the home warranty company to send out a repairman to fix the valve. The warranty company closed the claim and we are stuck with having to pay another company to come out to repair the leaking valve that they put in.

It was during a very cold period and I was trying to reach other companies because I have two small kids in the house., I called them in the morning and they came the same day to do the repair, so I was able to have the heat back in the house. It was great! They were very quick and efficient.

My experiences with them have been very positive. One person in person in particular, Constantine, has been excellent and I would never use anyone else. The scheduling/punctuality could use some improvement, they are consistently about an hour late almost every time they come out.
