GOT ANOTHER ROOFER AFTER MR. MCWADE FAILED TOP RETURN MY PHONE CALL. A WOMAN WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE SAYS THAT HE ''OCCASIONALLY STILL DOES SOME WORK IN THE AREA'' (NE PHILADELPHIA). HIS PHONE NUMBER IS A NJ PHONE NUMBER SO PERHAPS HE MAY BE MOVING HIS OPERATIONS TO NJ?... I'M NOT SURE. I AM NOT COMMENTING ON HIS ACTUAL WORK SINCE I NEVER RECEIVED A PHONE CALL BACK FROM THE WOMAN OR MR. MCWADE. JUST TRYING TO SAVE OTHER MEMBERS FROM A WAIT FOR A RETURN PHONE CALL THAT MIGHT NEVER COME AS I EXPERIENCED.

MR. MCWADE PROVIDED A WRITTEN ESTIMATE THAT DID NOT CHANGE EVEN THOUGH SOME OF THE PLYWOOD FROM THE ROOF HAD TO BE REPLACED. HIS CREW WAS WELL-MANNERED AND PROFESSIONAL AT ALL TIMES. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIS COMPANY TO ALL CUSTOMERS.
