ED GEROLD CUSTOM EXTERIORS

Ed Gerold provided a one-year warranty for install issues on a Jeld-wen patio door he replaced in Fall 2019. The screen door neither locks nor seals out insects. We spoke 4/14/20 and he said he is putting us on his list for when work resumes. I called back in early July and left a voice mail to ask when we could get on his schedule, and he did not return the call. Today, 7/17/20, I called his number and there is no outgoing message and it just cuts off after a few rings. I hope he is well. I would just like to get a date when he plans to come look at the screen door. It is work that can be done outside, no need to come inside the house.

Ed gave us a few options for replacing old wood posts on our porch.  We decided to replace our wood posts and cap them as we wanted to have dark brown color.  We're happy with the way our new columns look now.
Ed also installed an awning for us.  He also removed old shutters and an old panel.  Ed is very professional, pleasant., and punctual.  We felt that his price was reasonable for the services he provided.

VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. ED WAS VERY REASONABLE TO ALL OTHER QUOTES FROM VARIOUS COMPANIES WHO WERE TRYING TO SELL WINDOWS BUT ADDING ADDITIONAL CHARGES. THE OTHER COMPANIES SENT SALESMEN. ED DID THE WORK HIMSELF.

Everything went better than expected. Took about 1.5 days to complete, but that was because he was short one helper. Would definitely use him again.

Professional crew. Fantastic framing and drywalling. Siding and windows installed perfectly. Passed inspection first time which was great so we had absolutely no delays. We were thrilled with Ed's work and professionalism!
