Rick arrived at my location when he said he would  as he had done in the past and quickly identified the problem, explaining it in understandable.    There was one followup issue which he was able to handle via the phone.

It was a good experience from start to finish. Brook who answered the phone was very nice and helped me to set up an appointment. We were lucky and Rick had a cancellation, so we got the appointment for the next day. Rick was right on time and went right to work. He was very pleasant and professional. He explained how he was setting it up and we discussed the best way to do it for our network. I would hire Rick again and was very satisfied with his work.

Rick is wonderful. He responds quickly to your call and can sometimes be out within a few days. We run a business from our home, and he helps us with our IT needs. He hosts our web page.
Rick has helped me set up laptops before Christmas, so when our kids have opened them, they are all set. I wouldn't use anyone else!

I recently moved and when I tried to put my computer back together, I found that my hard drive had been damaged in the move.  I was worried I'd have to buy a whole new computer until Rick from EchoSystem Industries came over and explained that there was a chance he'd be able to recover from my fried hard drive the things that mattered most to me like my pictures & music.  He took my computer with him and a few days later I had it back, good as new.  My pictures, music and everything else that was on the former hard drive were there which was such a relief.  It's like that disaster never happened.  Thanks, Rick!!
