Eastbound Roofing

I do not recommend this company. I hired them to fix my leaking roof and initially I thought they did a good job. My roof started leaking again 2 months later in the same spot. Iâ ve called them multiple times and they said someone will come out and no one ever came. Then they stopped picking up my calls. I was finally able to speak with the Uncle and he advised he would come out. He called the day of the appointment and stated he would not come out unless I pay them again. This is unacceptable and I will be contacting an attorney. I paid them a lot of money to repair my roof and it didnâ t get fixed.

If you hire these men, you will be robbed. They lie and cheat people out there money. The material and the job they did on my roof was a joke. Actually made the roof worse off then prior to hiring them. Very unprofessional when reaching back out to them to fix the issues they left. Don't make the mistake I made, use another business.

The work that would be done was not done.

No one, under any circumstances, should use these "roofers". They talk a good game about the work that they can do and the recommended repairs that should be made. After the deposit, they, Dominic, came and "repaired" two flat roofs and the garage roof. He provided an estimate for completing the shingled roof and requested funds for supplies. He came on a Sunday and said he could not complete the work that day. Future calls went to voicemail. We called the number on the contract (Zach) and asked for a refund. Zach said he would get back to me. Future calls went to voicemail. We had another roofer come in to look at the work that was done. He said that our roof was "painted". Therefore no repairs were done. Do not use this company. You may get the job done, but most likely, you won't.

This company charged $3500 in cash for the work, instead of a $5000 check as a compromise, however they also deposited the total amount of the check and ended up receiving $8500! I am trying to get back the $5000 immediately, but they have promised to return the $5K but not shown up!

He presented stuff honest but then did not do any job. They keep rescheduling me without even without my permission. He also promised to send pictures as proof of the project but never sent photos.

I had a contract sign and they honored only a portion of the contact. I asked for pictures of the completed work, they replied that they were going to send the pictures and they never sent them. They did the roofing portion of the work, their team started doing the painting, but barely prepped. When I asked them to prep before painting, they left. The owner said they would refund me $500. Never refunded. Did not respond to calls or emails. They basically robbed me. They completed 1/3 of the work I contracted them for.

The service to my roof was done fast and very good. There was a problem with an employee that gave me an incorrect estimate. The owner rectified that problem and I would recommend them for your roofing needs.

I called eastbound Roofing to come look at my Office building that I own as I had five different leaks. Once they got up there, they showed me all the locations of where the leaks are coming from, and they gave me many different solutions and how to go about it and Iâ m really proud of which one I chose because they fixed the leaks and installed a drainage system on the roof in order to let The trapped water escaped from the roof to prevent any future leaks. I am really happy with this team they are very professional. There work is very high-quality and theyâ re very great people 10 out of 10 definitely recommend.

Eastbound Roofing has the most expertise in terms of knowing what materials to use (roof applicants) than anyone else I spoke with for quotes. These guys are easy to work with and won't string you along.. best bang for your buck when it comes to roof repair. Highly recommended for any roof related project.

I gave eastBound roofing a call for a free estimate to put on a new roof on my house the salesman was very professional and explained all the different options that we can go with and gave me a variety of choices of different color shingles that we can go with and as I got other estimates EastBound roofing gave me the fairest price they they got the job done in only 1 day the crew that they have might be one of the best I have ever seen and I was very happy with the job that they did I would highly recommend to everybody to give eastbound roofing a call for a free estimate as you wont be disappointed
