Installation of water pipes often required at least one more return visit due to leaks. Be careful, because this plumber rarely wants to give a firm quote before beginning a job, and the parts prices often inflate the quoted price by 2 or 3 times. Worst experience was installation of high efficiency boiler/heater. The installation was botched because he did not read the installation manual and used too small pipes and no required loop pipe. The manufacturer tech support, and the authorized Weil McLain distributer confirmed these problems. Mr. Rasheed refused to refund my money (approx $1,600) or to compensate with credit on another job. Also he threatened to call his city L&I friend to cause me trouble if I sued him in small claims court. Very strange since I already gave this plumber almost $50,000 in business.
