The Frog Tracker is found on our website and was designed to tell our customers when the crew is on their way, when the cleaning is in process, and when the job is complete. "Dos Funny Frogs would like to begin by apologizing for your dissatisfaction with our “accounting system”. As a cleaning company, customer satisfaction is one of our main goals. Never before has it been brought to our attention any problems with our billing system. Our records show that our office talked a few times with you over the phone and explained in details all the charges. As far as we know you fairly agreed to the prices and book nor only the first cleaning, but also scheduled a biweekly service. It is our responsibility to clean your home and ensure approval. However, we are pleased to hear that our crew was able to tackle such a difficult space. Our supervisors are hired to enforce the home owner’s rules, and keep the staff cleaning at a high quality and diligent pace. We are always willing to accommodate to the specific needs of our customers, even if it means serving as pet barriers to ensure peace along the felines. Having said this, your estimate increased due to the condition of your home and the amount of cats you have (7). We are confident that other cleaning services would have charged you a higher price or they would have not returned to your place to perform another service. Our company also tries very hard to achieve an appropriate quality to price ratio. We always stick to our original estimate for the first cleaning, even if we underestimate the total cost. In your particular case this is what happened. We realized that our first estimate was way too low for the size and style of your house, thus resulting in a $20 increase. This was appropriately discussed, and an agreement was formed. We are not sure why you sound a little bit surprised. As for the 5th free cleaning special you found on Craig’s List, you have only had our cleaning crew to your home on two occasions. The 5th cleaning has not taken place yet, thus you have not received your free service. We have not reneged on this offer; it just has not come into play yet. Finally, each of our customers receives an online invoice where they can see all the charges and services. We like transparency. Our invoices do not only clearly estates that there is a 3% convenient fee for credit card use, but it also say: subtract this amount if you are paying with cash or check. You over paid $5.79 and it was credited to your next invoice. At the time we are writing this response to your concerns, we have already provided you with another service. As far as we are concern you are satisfied with the job provided. Our next cleaning service is scheduled in about two weeks.
