They were on time and the installer was knowledgeable. The door didn't close due to the strike plate but they did come back and fix it.

Ordered three storm doors. The salesperson spent more time discussing how expensive the doors were then trying to give information about the products. It seems that the buyer had to know both industry language and have technical expertise to do business with them as the explanations seemed slow in coming. After waiting almost 6 weeks, the doors were scheduled for install despite not having the hardware to complete the job for one door and the installer did not include the lock for another door despite having both items included in the contract. Both items were on the contract and they have to now come back. Very inconvenient. Additionally, when the front and secondary entrance storm doors were installed, the hinges don't match the doors or trim. The doors and trims are white with polished brass levers and locks - black hinges were installed and look very awkward. When I raised this issue (after calling and leaving 2 messages) I was very rudely told that they were standard and there was nothing to be done about that. Knowing that this isn't the case, based on the fact that most of the storm doors I've seen installed on other homes and since reviewed from other companies- this was a shock and terrible disappointment. To add insult to injury the rude person on the phone told me that he was going to "hang up now." ( There was no yelling, beratement or other discourteous speech involved) They might want to consider additional customer service training. Buyers beware. I'm still waiting for them to complete the order and to correct the mismatched hinges.

They showed up on time. They cleaned up more than good after themselves. They did a great job putting in the door. It looks very neat and accurate. The door and everything functions perfectly.

Although the people seemed nice, it seemed like they were very hesitant about coming out to replace these locks. Every time we called we heard an excuse like it was their busy season, etc. It made us feel that now because they moved to Philadelphia that they really didn t feel like coming out to us to take care of this problem.

VERY EXPENSIVE AND TOOK 8 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY. THEY WERE HELPFUL IN THE DESIGN AND IN DETERMINING THE BEST PRODUCT FOR MY NEEDS.
