Kitchen Remodel
After much delay, I decided to get some renovation done on my living room, dining room, kitchen, stairwell and upstairs hallway. After reaching out to other contractors without success, I contacted Wesley for a quote. We discussed what I wanted done and what he could do. For instance, I needed to move my refrigerator to create space for cabinet storage. His solution was to move the cabinet into the soffit. Wesley had other creative solutions as well such as painting the cabinets, creating an extension to countertop and blending it into the existing base. My home is over 70 years old and needed a lot of work: painting, patching, sanding and the dreaded wallpaper removal. His suggestions for backsplash, countertops, kitchen hardware and stair railing were helpful and I listened to him. My project was completed on time. There were for a few items that needed to be done(punch list). He promptly responded to those items. Wesley and his assistant Blair were pleasant, well mannered and hard working. They came every day of the time allotted and did not waste time. Wesley listens to you. He is also a problem solver. You never know what you will encounter during a renovation. When we did encounter problems, my question to Wesley was...What is the solution? He came up with one every time. The result? My home is updated, refreshed and I love it. I get quite a few compliments from visitors. I would recommend Wesley and have.

Kitchen Remodel
Design Home Improvement was recommended by Angie's list. After interviewing several contractors we chose DHI. His work ethics, working beyond the normal 9 hours, his attention to details, and his recommendations all resulted in us receiving the kitchen of our dreams. He keep us posted every step of the way, and explained everything in details. The communication was great! Because of our kitchen Renovation, our neighbor is now getting her kitchen Renovated by Wesley and his team. We are very luck to gave found a contractor we works on a project from the start to the finish. We look forward to working on several other home renovation projects with DHL and Wesley.

Kitchen Remodel
I hired Wesley and his team for a complete demo and remodel of my kitchen and bathroom. Wesleyâ s estimate of the work was fully detailed outlining the cost breakdowns and estimated time frame. Throughout the process, Wesley maintained an open line of communication, his team of men were extremely respectful and willing to answer my questions and provide additional assistance. There were a few delays and hiccups caused by factors outside of Wesleyâ s control and each time, Wesley maintained communication to keep me informed and up to date. I am extremely happy with the outcome of my bathroom and kitchen!

Designed Home Improvements, LLC was called for an Emergency job that involved the replacement of my rentals hot water heater. The job was performed the following day, every aspect was done in a professional and expedient way. In addition to the repair, updates to connections were also brought up to code. Designed Home Improvementsâ professionals performed a Wet Vac and drying process as a courtesy to clean up the flooded area at no additional charge. I have used this company in the past and Designed Home Improvements has earned. my complete confidence. I would definitely use them again if or when the situation arise.

Wesley and the guys went above and beyond to take good care of my Godmother. Even with the hiccups we experienced regarding payment from the insurance carrier, Wesley handled it all with grace and poise. They even provided extra bonus work as a courtesy, just to make sure everything looked great. I've never had better. Designed Home Improvement for life!

Bathroom Remodel
Wesley is easy to work with. He worked with us from the design, costing, and upto completion of the project. He listens and is respectful when we have differences in opinion. Very good customer service. When we discovered we had issues, he accommodated our call even it was late at night.even though we did not expect him to respond right away.. He even came and took the time to visit us the next day even though it was his sonâ s birthday. Thatâ s how he values his clients. Successful completion of a project will always be a two way street. We definitely will recommend him to any of our friends.

Basement Remodeling
Do Not Hire This Contractor or Company!!!!Wesley Manning is a predatory contractor. He took OVER $ 25, 000 and never completed the work in my basement, kitchen and bathroom. Each week worked less in order to drag out my home remodel to demand more money that he hadnt earned. After Wesley demanded money and was told he needed to complete what had already been paid for especially his change of order items, he became hostile and argumentative, took his staff , walked off the job the same day. Wesley told his staff they werent being paid when well OVER 50% of the money for the projects were paid upfront and the work was not performed weeks later. His staff member also refused to keep a mask on in my home while working during Covid 19 pandemic until I told Wesley he was not allow to work in my home. He left my home totally destroyed as he knew I have an upcoming appraisal. He also changed his is work hours after contract was signed and monies paid upfront.

This was made available to you, explained, and signed prior to the start of the project. Our staff has been more than accommodating throughout this whole experience. Even after being verbally assaulted, they still stayed and worked the rest of the day. Per your request, our staff was not able to continue working on your project because you refused the agreed-upon payment."

The owner Wesley Manning and his team provided exemplary customer service. He went above and beyond to make my vision and dream for our home become a reality. During my consultation he listened and brainstormed with me with what would work to achieve my dream of an open floor plan with Top quality finishing and also gave me great suggestions on how to save money and still achieve what i wanted. He kept me informed every step of the way. The finished product was nothing less than extraordinary. I cannot believe this is my home. My forever home.. I canâ t thank him enough.
