I truly have mixed feelings over Delaware Valley Tile and Grout Specialists’ repair job. For the most part, the re-grouted tub surround looks good. There were some odd spot decisions made by the onsite specialist and it caused some unexpected outcomes. In a nutshell, they removed the old grouted with a dremel (great idea), cleaned up the tiles that I had botched up in a self-grouting attempt, and re-grouted and caulked. For the basic repair job, I rate them a B+. On the customer service front, I rate them an F minus with an exponent to the fifth factor. • In short, their grout specialist did not clean up after himself or herself. Dust was everywhere. • I asked for white grout; instead, he or she used alabaster grout and caulk. • On the rear surround wall, there was a screw from an old soap dish. In my initial discussion with the sales representative, I asked for the full screw to be removed. Instead, the specialist grout over the screw head and metal soap dish backing. It was awful choice that resulted in exposed sharp edges. In short, it was a horrible choice! To remove the screw, washer, and the scrap soap dish backing, I had to use a mallet and flat head screwdriver to break off the screw’s head. It took maybe 5 minutes. Afterwards, I clear caulked over the resultant hole. To my mind, the specialist could have made this same decision. As an additional strange twist, my Millennial aged tenant's PlayStation game controller came up missing from his apartment. Given that all follow up calls about this repair job have been ignored, I am not sure if an unscrupulous person was in the apartment or not. To keep the peace with the tenant, I choose to replace the PlayStation 4 controller. Because the company has gone radio silent, I do not foresee myself hiring them again. Bizarre Customer Service

They were very nice and reasonably priced. They tried to save me money by doing just steam cleaning instead of re-coding the tub and although it does look better, I think ultimately it will need to be resurfaced. They were good and they came, which is a good thing.

They were very professional. They covered the floors to protect them and took off their shoes at the door. They were able to come out first thing in the morning. They would ask me if there is anything else they could do before they left. My bathroom looks brand new.

I was super pleased with the professionalism of the workers, their clean and unobtrusive vehicle, that they did exactly what they said they would do at the price they quoted me on the phone, and they took great care to keep my floors clean during the process.
