+ -1 moreWe were having trouble with the house not cooling evenly on all floors and called to have someone come out. When we called the person that answered the phone said they could send someone out for an estimate for free or send out for a service for $75. We said an estimate was good because we didn't know if service was needed. We received 3 phone calls within 4 hours of people calling us to ask what the problem was and what we needed done. Each time we said the house isn't cooling properly and we wanted to get an estimate for fixing. The final call the guy said they don't do free estimates if you already have AC and to do him a favor and call someone else. - we did.
