David Gower Jr at Coldwell Banker Preferred has reasonable rates, he's friendly, professional, and courteous. He wants to put the prospective owner in a home that meets their needs by showing multiple listings. He asks questions about likes, dislikes, neighborhoods, and conveniences. He's willing to work with you to get a better feel for what you're looking for. I've referred people to him.
