Appliance Repair
For the toilet he did not tighten the hose that goes to the tank. As a result, water licked through the floor and damaged the wall below. He did come out and correct the problem. However, when he was informed that the shower was licking, he said he would be out on Friday and never showed. He also was non responsive to my phone message to him.

"I did not install the tub, it was refurbished by an outside contractor. The leak she mentions is due to improper finish on the refurbished tub where it meets the wall, and I informed her of this fact. There are absolutely no leaks in the area I was contracted to repair. Therefore if they are any problems with leaks the onus falls on that contractor. Further, if she continues to make unfounded accusations I will consult my attorney."
