It' smelled good but when he left it was VERY wet. It stayed that was for over 24 hours and then several stains that weren't visible appeared afterwards. I called about the dampness and never received a call back. I then called about the stains and his response was, "oh, those won't come out"....they weren't there before. He told me they were under the dirty carpet so that is how they suddenly appeared. I had someone else come out and he got them out immediately.

1. When we called to schedule, the person was very rude. We had an Amazon Local coupon.
