CROW is Computer Repair on Wheels. Our company’s goal is to solve all your computer dilemmas both quickly and efficiently. We achieve this by bringing the computer repair workshop to your home! CROW’s vehicles are retrofitted with state of the art computers, software and equipment. This allows us to fix your computer nightmares in our mobile workshop, in front of your house, and return with your fixed computer 1 to 3 hours later. Some severe computer issues will require us to take your computer off-site. There is a guaranteed 24 hour turnaround time on all computers that need to be taken off-site. We pick the computer up, return it, and set it up at no additional charge and on your schedule.

I've used this company once before remembered how well it went I think my original repair was done here at home..so looked them up again and yes they are very good as to repair but also took much longer to bring computer back than what they advertise granted he said this was a bigger problem and also he charged me less than supposedly it would have cost so in that regard they are more than fair & John was very professional and patient with me as I was quite annoyed with some aspects of their customer relations part..
The negative.. they actually emphasize prompt repairs and more important PROMPT replies to customer in their Ad..which is kind of funny.. For one they hardly return calls which you have to go thru a answering service.. the first day I was told to check in ..no call back.. so days later attempted another call returned about 10 hrs later..and so it went again. .Computer is back working well but one question or glitch I need to ask and John left with the line ..feel free to call with any problem or question. well once again!! called Today early AM left msg w/ answering service..and it's 6:30 no call.
On the whole they do a very good job and hoping this was just a busy time for them. .but i'd have to honestly think twice as to
if I want to put up with having to wait for a return call or no call back..and to always have to talk to an answering service.Licensing
