George was recommended to me by another investor. I was looking for a builder in Philadelphia to help me with an investment property I was purchasing. Ultimately I didn't purchase it but George was extremely helpful in helping me. I really appreciated the fact that he was prompt in answering my phone calls. Also, when we were in contract, we needed a repair estimate after the home inspection and George was prompt in putting that together for myself and my partner. He was really professional and really knowledgeable, even gave me additional suggestions I hadn't thought of to some of the problems we were looking to correct with the property. Even though the contract fell through, I absolutely plan on using George again when I purchase my next investment property.
Description of Work: Provided a repair estimate after home inspection on an investment property we were in contract to purchase.
