Cross Country Movers

This was by far the most awful experience. They were scheduled two times to show up by noon and didn't show up until almost 6 PM. While the movers themselves were courteous this company severely lacks professionalism. When preparing my furniture to move, one of the employees used his body and a wall to maneuver a dresser, needless to say his body put a 4' x 3' hole in the bedroom wall. The worst part of that is they weren't going to say a word to me but I checked everything before they left. So I said, okay no big deal they will pay for the repairs. Nope that didn't happen. I filed a claim with their "claims department". Not sure who these people were but a supposed supervisor named Jassmine C. was by far the rudest person I have ever dealt with. I followed all their procedures and not once did anyone contact me. I had to continue to contact them to get any status updates. This is still an ongoing issue two months after my move. When the movers finally showed up at my new location also late again. Telling me they would be at my home at 7 AM. They didn't show up until almost noon with no phone call telling me they were running late. When they did show up, they had no equipment to move anything. No hand trucks, no dollies nothing. My boxes were all crushed like someone just compressed them. Fortunately, I packed so well that nothing was damaged. I was astonished they had no moving equipment. Far from professional. This company lacks professionalism and no customer service skills whatsoever. I personally work in the customer service industry and if I ever talked to a paying customer the way the people at this company did I would have been fired on the spot. I would strongly tell anyone thinking about hiring this company DO NOT USE THEM!!
