He came out when he said he would to do the estimate. He looked at another area that we were nervous about and he told us that area needed no work. He gave an estimate that was half the estimate given by another company. It took time to get the work done, but he did start on the day he said he would. He reported honestly that there was no damage beneath the roof. He finished in 2 days and left absolutely no mess at all.

After one missed appointment through miscommunication, Gerry Owens of Crest Roofing came on time to inspect a roof leak. The roof is 24 years old and I feared I would need a new roof. Mr. Owens looked at the leak in the upstairs ceiling and then spent about 20 minutes on the roof. He found several nails had popped up over the site of the leak. He hammered them down, caulked, and did a quick gutter cleaning. He had been on the crew that had done the roofing job in 1983. He said it was a heavy-weight shingle that should last several more years, especially since the roof did not face directly into the sun.
