handyman service
+ -1 moreOnly handyman who was willing to take on the job of working on original wood double-hung windows on the second story of a 1938 house. Kept within original estimate plus additional change for oil-based paint as specified by owner.. Excellent workmanship. Site was cleaned up and all debris removed.
Description of Work: Re-screened porch. Built handrail on back steps. Scraped, sanded, caulked, primed and painted eight windows.. Removed non-original window boxes from façade of house.
