BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!!
I hired Couture Cleaners to
clean a part of my house in early Sept., 2014.
The job was completely underestimated by the owner and the workers had to work double-time without
extra pay.
As I am in support of workers rights, I refused to pay Couture Cleaners the bill worth less than
$300., and instead, offered to pay the workers directly - an offer they refused
to accept, understandably in fear of the boss that they work for.
I have been reluctant to write a review about Couture Cleaners until today, when I received by voicemail, death threats against me and threats against the security of my home by the owner of Couture Cleaners, all of which can be proved as the guy was
dumb enough to allow his threats to be recorded in my phone voicemail inbox.
He has also used his ?employees? to make harassing calls to me, all of the above being looked into
by the Philadelphia Police Dept. and the Philadelphia District Attorney?s Office as I write this review.
The owner of Couture Cleaners has gone so far out on a limb as to threaten my life and my home over
a less than $300.00 billing dispute that belongs only in Small Claims Court.
Again, all of the above can be proven by recorded voicemails made to me by the owner of Couture Cleaners.
As a reputable company that is highly regarded, my hope is that Angie?s List will remove Couture Cleaners
of Philadelphia, PA from its list, as these are truly dangerous people.
In the meantime, BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE of Couture Cleaners, as you can do much better without having
your life and your home threatened by people who don?t know what it means to dobusiness in an honest way, but who think that being in ?business? means that they can ?legally? be Gangsters.
To be continued, when I?m able to report back on the owner of Couture Cleaners? Court Sentencing.  
And I suggest that you only hire Couture Cleaners if you don?t care about your own life and limb and those
of you loved ones, and about your own sacred home.

They never seem to come on the right date or the right time. !Workers were 1 & 1/4 hour late to the job. Their boss had not given them the appropriate information about the job and they were outrageously expensive. Will never use them again.

I have had them twice. The first time they sent a very good team, and the second team was not so good. They did an excellent job the first time. I mentioned to them that they needed to talk to the second team, and they said okay. The whole experience with the second team was not as good as the team before that. It wasn't as good as I expected it to be. The first team came , they spoke with me about what I wanted to have done, and what I didn't want to have done, they spoke to me throughout the process, they did really good cleaning, and they left at the time they were supposed to, and they made sure I was satisfied with the work before they left. The second team that came, was using some harsh stuff, because I could smell it, and then the overall cleaning was not good, they didn't move the furniture, and the basement wasn't clean. The leader of the team had to go behind the workers to fix the work the workers hadn't done. The team leader for the second team tried to accommodate them. They were not listening to me. They told me that I would get a discount the next time, and they would give me the first team. The price was not bad at all. It was a reasonable price. The first team was punctual. The second team got here, and some of their equipment was not working. They had to borrow mine.

This is the second time we used Couture and we have been very pleased with their services each time.  We found them on Angie's list originally. Scheduling is easy through email and you can even pay online.  The first date and time we requested was available in both cases. Upon first arrival they will go over everything you want them to clean and then get straight to work. It's impressive how much they get done in such a short time.

I have been using them for a year. They do a nice job. They come out once a month. They come on time and they are very honest. They are reliable and trustworthy. They are a decent value for the money. I will continue to use them.

I am very satisfied with the deep cleaning Adrian and Sharoma performed. Also with the company's interest in making sure I was very satisfied with my service. Couture cleaning has worked 3 times now for me and I have them scheduled to keep coming every 2nd week. The second time, the cleaning was not perfect and Adrian happily and quickly changed out the person and now all is wonderful. The company is bonded, and I feel they are easy to communicate with and trustworthy.

They were very good.  I only had one issue with the service initially.  They came to do a deep clean on my home and the chemicals they used left a very harsh smell.  It took awhile for the smell to dissipate but I could have communicated my preferences of cleaning agents better in the beginning.  They were very professional however, and they made sure to answer all the questions and concerns that I had during the process.  Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend them to other people.

I was not very happy with the service they provided. I asked them to wipe down the kitchen and they didn't do it. They broke an item of mine that I had to get repaired. One person did a good job and the other failed.  He was just summer help. I would not use this company again.

They went above and beyond for me. They even shampooed the rugs for me. The bathroom was especially well done.

They finished in the time they said and the job was well done!  They were very easy to work with and I would use them again.  Isaac was my point of contact and he was great!  Thank you so much!

I call them Monday and they came out to assess the apartment that day.  I was able to schedule my house cleaning the next day.  I got the house cleaned as well as 2 rooms carpet steam cleaned.  My new tenant was able to move right in.  They were very proffessional, prompt & efficient.  They did a really detailed job.

Please do not choose these cleaners. We used them for an apartment move out and were on a strict timeline. We went to check on their work to only see that the apartment looked like someone had just gone over it with a wet rag. We took pictures of everything, the apartment had not been touched other than the fridge and a wiping of the bathroom. No vacuuming (and we had asked for carpet cleaning too). The only good thing about this company is that they pick up the phone when you call; however, it is a large company that probably outsources all the jobs so you are never speaking with the same person. They agreed to come out again (they were late again) and cleaned. However, they quoted us a much bigger price than the initial quote. After much debate, they decreased the cost and then sent us a fifty dollar gift card for the trouble. Again, the customer service aspect as far as getting through to someone and having the problem rectified was good, the actual cleaning? not so much. If you want it done right the first time without any headaches, don't go with Couture. Choose a small mom and pop company that actually cares about quality and a job done right.

The team showed up ready to work with all their own cleaning products and equipment. The team of four worked for over four hours. They were very professional and showed a great deal of pride in what they do and concern for my house. I plan on having them back on a regular basis. They do a great job with following up and have offered to correct anything that was to my liking.

They cleaned certain parts of the house. I have them come every two to three weeks. They are great, they are prompt. They asked what I wanted. I asked for organic and they did as much organic as they could. They are very personable and when they leave they I am very satisfied.

Very nice.  This is their 3rd time cleaning and I'm very impressed.

Couture provided cleaning services to our offices and residential facility for a period of several weeks due to a vacancy within our own staff and vacation coverage for another staff member.  They were very accommodating, easy to reach, reliable and provided excellent service.  In addition they were reasonable in their cost structure.  The staff were very pleasant and competent.

The cleaners arrived and asked me to show them around. One of the crew was a manager, and he asked a lot of questions about what they were to do and how I wanted it done. Once that was done, they went to work. When they were finished, the mgr showed me through the house and pointed out what they had done. When he noticed something that hadn't been finished, he asked the other cleaner to finish it and then went back and checked to make sure that it had been done.
My experience is that cleaning services do a nice surface job, so it
looks good, but that there is a lot of stuff that gets missed. Not with
this company-- it is clear that they take pride in their work, and my
dad, who is hard to please, has commented several times on what a good
job they did. What I particularly like is that they send the same crew
every time, and they follow up every visit with an email to make sure
that everything was satisfactory. The price was reasonable compared to
what I have paid in the past and I have not had any of the negative
experiences that I have had with other cleaning companies. I was
somewhat hesitant, because I have had jewelry disappear and someone open
a credit card in my name when I have had other cleaning services, but
with this company you get to know the crew and the manager is very hands
on, so  feel confident about having people I don't know in my house.

After contacting Couture Cleaning LLC an executive with the company arrived the following day and provided a very reasonable estimate. The crew arrived the following day with all equipment needed  and performed the cleaning professionally and efficiently.  They even cleaned a few additional hard-to-reach areas at no extra charge. There was even a follow-up phone call to ensure my satisfaction.
