The experience was good. A father and his son run this company. They were responsive, timely and nice. They did a good job.

Overall, it went well. The water heater works well and the work was done quickly. They were up front about cost, time, and the effect of shutting off the water.

They looked at the tub drain and a leaky faucet. They were not creative or pro active. They wanted to just replace everything because it was old instead of trying to restore. They only repaired the pipe to the spigot, but charge me for all 3 jobs even though they weren't able to do them.
