Connie was the listing agent for the sale of my father's home. My experience with Connie was nothing but excellent. I contacted Connie because she has an outstanding reputation in the Philadelphia real estate market. I did not contact any other agents - there was no need to. Connie explained everything very thoroughly; followed-up when she said she would; returned phone calls and emails promptly; marketed the house very well in the worst economic downturn in our lifetime; offered constructive suggestions; well prepared; extremely knowledgeable about the Phila. market especially NW section of Phila; and always the professional. What impressed me most about Connie was how she interacted with my very elderly father. I handle all of my father's affairs due to his declining health. Connie interacted with me mostly but when my father was involved, she was sensitive to his condition, the circumstances surrounding the sale, and treated my father with great respect. Selling a family home with many years of memories is difficult and emotional. Connie she made it a very positive experience. The entire process for the sale from listing to closing was a smooth experience. I would highly recommend Connie Gillespie to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Connie was terrific and I am happy to recommend her. She is extremely familiar with the East Falls section, which is her specialty, though she covers the whole NW Philadelphia area. Connie's the one who found my house. I had called her to see a listing I found on line (did a lot of screening that way & didn't have an agent), and she called a few days later to say there was a new listing I should look at. She was always punctual w/in a few minutes of our appts, and was clear about laying out for a 1st-time buyer what I needed to get done and when. She gave me good advice about the negotiation, but also listened to what I wanted and wasn't pushy. I felt her experience was helpful in representing me and negotiating the deal. She was helpful in lining up contractors for pricing on repairs after the home inspection. Walked my parents thru the house on a weekend while I was out of town! Overall, I was very pleased with her work.
