He never came to do the work, and will not give the money back. There is now significant water damage in my basement.
Description of Work: I paid him to fix a leak in my basement.

This is Ron Williams, owner of Complete Home Care. This review has just been brought to my attention. It is July 30, 2013.(removed member name) this attempt to slander my professionalism and integrity saddens me for you greatly. I vaguely remember you or your situation. What I do remember is that you had very little money and no homeowners insurance. What little money you had we (You and I) felt should be used to repair your damaged roof. This work was performed and completed. At that time you wrote me a check that bounced. I had to wait two weeks for you to get paid from work in order to recieve my payment. At that point I refused to do any further work for you. So in short, 2years later I come across this review. You should be ashamed of yourself, I did not ,and would not take money from a customer and not perform my duties. Especially when my company does not ask for deposits, it is one of our most securing policies. I wish you well!
