Overall our level of satisfaction with the quality of work, and the price paid for the work, is very high. Not only was the quality and workmanship of the highest caliber, but in addition to the contracted work performed, they also stepped up to replace/repair and re-route defective gas piping discovered by the local gas utility [pre-existing before the home purchase]; fixed several issues with the steam boiler not fixed by Sears technicians; repaired several steam connections at the radiators, resolving several problems with water leaking into the building structure. All without additional charges - they do not nickel and dime a customer! We would definitely recommend David Pippen and Comfort Zone, and have already referred them to family and friends needing a plumbing and heating contractor for quality work.

HIS QUOTE WAS THE CHEAPEST BUT GETTING THE WORK DONE WAS PAINFULLY SLOW. HE IS TRAINING HIS 18-YEAR-OLD SON BUT OFTEN LEFT THE KID ON HIS OWN: HE IS NOT READY FOR UNSUPERVISED WORK. I DID ALL THE CARPENTRY AND MASONRY WORK, CUTTING HOLES IN FLOORS FOR DUCTS AND THROUGH A BRICK WALL FOR AC PIPING, WHICH IS ONE REASON WHY QUOTE WAS CHEAP. HE ALSO INSTALLED A SMALLER UNIT THAN I ORDERED, WHICH I CAUGHT, SO PRICE WAS REDUCED. HE'S A NICE MAN BUT CANNOT RECOMMEND.
