I don't like people that are in control. I only want to pay for the shows that I want to see. I have to pay for every single thing. I only watch 12 channels. If I don't get what I want with them. The best is, I will be watching TV and cable will go out, I call them and within a reasonable amount of time they are able to get it back on. The technical support is not bad. The worst is the pricing. There's no competition. My customer service with them is, the cable goes out and they get it back on. If I have a question about a bill that didn't look right, when I call them, they explain everything very well. They explain every item on my bill. I set up an appointment when I first moved out here and they showed up when they said they would. When they came out to set everything up, they were very professional at explaining everything. It's a mixed bag when it comes to them.
