+ -1 morecomcast Corp recently changed hands and is a backward in billing an eco-bill is the only billing available and checks are promptly discarded. Apparently the bill sent me is for show Comcast decided to charge me for checks Comcast received and were valid. The is a 9.50 administrative fee for trying to pay the bill. What ever happened to integrity! Be sure you understand the services Comcast is charging or there will l be a problem you will be clipped for bank services and administrative services.

+ -1 moreWe haven't had our internet or home security working properly going on a month-and-a-half. Each time a technician comes out they want to charge us also.
Description of Work: Our home security went out. We called them and when the technician came out he said the home security line was in the wrong socket. He got the home security working, but then we noticed that the internet went down.
