Coldwell Banker Preferred

I have found Holly Mack-Ward and the manager of Coldwell Banker Preferred highly untrustworthy and quick to ignore the ethical, and possibly legal guidelines of their profession. Approach this office with caution.
I recently bought a home sold by Holly. The experience was positive until the day after settlement. Without going into detail, Holly and the sellers intentionally withheld key information about the home in order to mislead me during the negotiation process. Knowing this information, I would have walked away from the house. I have since learned from the home?s previous tenants that this was intentional, as demonstrated by email communication they provided me.
I approached Holly and the manager, Chris about this. Initially they claimed to be unaware, but after showing them the emails, they backpedaled and stated that Holly acted in the best interests of the seller. They expressed no remorse and refused any measure of recourse. Given the written evidence, I was blown away by their response, and am exploring legal action.
However friendly and warm this office appears during the sale, it is clear that they do not have your best interests at heart. 

We found a house with them but the house fell through so we found a different realtor. The interaction was good and the realtor was good with communication. I think the company is fine.

She was extremely helpful and always listened to our needs. She worked hard to identify properties that would work best for us, and she was always very professional and knowledgable.
