Larry was very patient and responsive. He showed us many, many properties over a 7 month period. We are first time home-buyers, so our criteria changed over the period of our search. He took us to see homes on holidays, gave us detailed information about every step of the process and never once put any pressure on us to hurry up and buy. We really liked his low-pressure attitude and his extensive knowledge of home repair and renovation. Even after closing, when his commission was in his pocket, he continued to help us out when some unexpected issues arose with the property. I would highly recommend Larry to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
