Fast service. He was able to get to us that night to give us an estimate, and returned within a few days to rewire for us.

The work involved pulling permits and electrical work for a garage remodel. I paid him everything up front, but Carlos only did a couple of things for me. He actually did less than 25% of the work and I paid him for everything in full. He's not licensed and won't return my phone calls or come back to finish the work and hangs up the phone on me when we talk. I wouldn't recommend Carlos to anyone unless you don't mind throwing your money away!
