We have had CLEAR for the past 4 yrs at our home in North Philadelphia - CLEAR provides wireless internet via cellular 4G network. In general we are pleased with the service availability. The band width is not enough for gaming and tends to be hit-or-miss for streaming video like Netflix - especially recently now that there most of the cellular market has moved up through 4G.
But the quality for the price we are very pleased with - it is the cheapest provider for the cost that we pay per month and we have had little to no complaints about the service, availability or hardware - not something other friends with other providers have had.
When we have had service issues it usually has been related to either an event happening in the city which strains the cellular network or foul weather / electrical storms.
Getting in touch with with service is ok but not great, when working through the 'chat' tech help can be slow, and the phone assistance wait time is painful. this is offset by the fact that I can go to the storefront to ask most of my questions.
