Both jobs were done in a single day (a few years apart).
The crew were young guys. I don't judge people, but if someone with body piercings on their face is going to freak you out, then you might be surprised by the appearance of some of the crew (at least the ones that were at my house)
I had gotten quotes from several people and Clarence Smith and his crew weren't the rock bottom, but they have a long history in Philadelphia, so I got good feedback from some of their prior customers.
