don't use these people - they indiscriminately kill mature trees in a city that already is at a shortage of them and is facing heat stress in the face of climate change. they started clawing at a mature tree's critical root zone with a backhoe indiscriminately, and when confronted said they do it "all the time" and that the trees are fine, as if they visit work sites 5-7 years later.

Excellent. When the drain could not be cleared with a snake, the plumbers found another way in and quickly cleared the drain with a plunger. They were very friendly and knowledgeable.

As my issue was not an emergency, I scheduled ahead with City Plumbing to replace my kitchen sink garbage disposal. On the day of the scheduled appointment, the plumber did call about 2 hours before the appointment time to state that he was held up on another job and that he would be about 45 minutes late but, he did show up at the later time with no further delays. He quickly replaced the garbage disposal and cleaned up and was finished in about an hour. I was quite pleased with the service City Plumbing provided and I would definitely hire them again.

Very smoothly. There were some complications with a part, not their fault, and they had to come back a later day when the correct part came, and were willing to do that without charging an extra mobilization fee, which would have been fair for them to request, since the second trip kills half a day for their team. We were really happy with their work and professionalism and will use them for more work in the future.

Great job. CJ was the best. showed up for estimate appointment (not everyone did) stayed in communication with me as this was an emergency job. job was scheduled promptly, arrived when expected. final price less that original quote. nice to see there's still honest contractors around. my new go to plumber for my Olney props.

I was very pleased. Scheduling was easy, Ryan (the estimator) called ahead and arrived within the window given me, offering me a competitive rate (in the same ballpark as a competitor, a bit cheaper but not by a lot). He was also willing to work with me on getting a for-now fix while informing me that I'd need a bigger job to get up to code (the competitor also said this, so I don't think it was upselling, plus Ryan's ballpark estimate for the bigger job was much better than the competitor's ballpark). Two staff (Mike, I think, and Pat) came out to do the work the same day and were prompt, clean, and quick. They handled disposal like champs and left my basement in a much better shape than they found it, making sure to leave the pipes ready for the "bigger fix" when I'm ready. Then Erica called within the hour to make sure I had my copy of the invoice. Seems like this is a well-run business with sufficient staffing and professional people.

Union was replaced with little concern for straining surrounding pipes. Plummer loosened and re-tightened many surrounding joints unnecessarily which could have caused leaks elsewhere. Took a bull in a china shop approach instead of using logic and skill. Provided own parts and service for a single union replacement was still $425.00. Extremely over-priced.

Everything was great. The person who answered was professional and courteous, they were able to do same day service and I was flexible with the time ("this afternoon") and got a call about an hour later letting me know they were 20 minutes away. They then showed up right on time, assessed and fixed the problem in about 20 minutes, and even gave me tips to keep it unclogged.

The plumber CJ arrived early, slightly ahead of schedule, which was fine. Went over the various type of brand, quality and power options for the grinder. And after purchasing the item for a local supplier, had the installation complete. In all, less than three hours. Great job.
