Property Management
We specifically found an apartment complex that assured us of a quiet living environment. We made sure to express our interest in having our peace and quiet. They assured us that they would not have anyone move in that was noisy.

Recently a family moved in above us with two children, ages 9 and 11, that is incredibly noisy. We have called Century 21 to complain and they turned a deaf ear. I feel like they didn't even hear me out. The lady on the phone told me that if she receives another complaint she would have to evict somebody. I don't know if she meant us or them, but I am deciding to move out. Now I am being sent to collection companies.
